Due to COVID19 pandemic we have been receiving large amount of custom orders for various systems. Due to nature of custom ordering and UV lamp designs and specs, we are not allowing refunds on any of the custom order lamps in any quantities above 300 pieces. However, we can accommodate exchanges and alternations to the lamps but no refunds due to COVID19 surge demand in Ultraviolet lighting worldwide.
