Returns & Exchanges Satisfaction and Return Policy

Every light bulb product we sell is fully backed by the manufacturer's warranty as well as's full satisfaction guarantee program for all of our products.

If you wish to return or exchange the product that you have received, please review the information below and return the product to us within 30 days of the receipt, and we will arrange an exchange or refund for you immediatly. We will do our best to ensure full customer satisfaction!

All returned products will be thoroughly inspected and checked to ensure requirements are met. Please verify the product you are returning does meets the below guidelines and qualifies for a return. Return processing may take up to 3 business days from the time your product is received at our warehouse location.

Inspection Criteria:
Products must be in the original packaging, and shipped securely - in the same fashion as they were received by the customer.
Products must be free from damage of any type, including scratches, cracks.
Products such as Ultraviolet and Aquarium lamps can not be returned if the products has been used severily.

Return Shipping
For your protection, please ship and package return packages very secure to avoid damange in shipping back to our facility. We recommend using carrier with delivery confirmation to ensure pacakge will be tracebale. You can use Post Office, UPS or FedEx to ship the packge back to us. shall not be responsible for items returned that are lost or damaged in transit. Postage and handling charges, both to and from our warehouse will be paid by the customer, and are non-refundable. However if we made a mistake on your order, will reimburse shipping charges related to the return or exchange of defective products inside the USA locations only. International shipping charges are not reimburselble.
