Additionally, all special orders qualify for complimentary shipping options through various carriers. Returns and Refunds Policy: Thank you for choosing us for your purchase. We are committed to providing you with an exceptional product and customer experience. If you wish to return an item or require a replacement, please contact us at order@LightExports.com to arrange a return pickup. Once we receive the returned product at our warehouse, we will promptly dispatch your replacement item or issue a refund. Please note that products can be returned for exchange or refund within 180 days from the date of purchase. It's important to mention that, due to the nature of the manufacturing process and the resources involved, all Special Orders are non-refundable.
